Sorry but this composition looks unfortunitely to me like just a big mess...

Looking at something upside down, whether it is reflections in water or not it is still not a very easy task for the eyes. Don't see the point with it and at least not for a city structure being on display...

You have plenty of areas of the composition that are suffering from overexposure.

Make your night shot a bit simpler next time maybe!

I was thinking of changing the title. because I think it gives the idea away and too soon for the viewer to enjoy the mystery of what s/he is seeing. i belive that there are images we all use to see every day and the meaning of putting them in the wrong way reviels someting to the observer at the end it is the same bulding, ball or road .looking at them upsidedown makes me wonder do i see evrything or do i see things as a pattern: ball, road, bulding
just a thoght

oh, and the idea was to make this one in a noise/ messcomposition to the viewer.
